Working Principle of Hammer Crusher

Nov,06,2019 << Return list

Introduction:

Hammer crusher is a crusher used to directly crush materials with a maximum particle size of 600-1800 mm to a level of 25mm or below. Hammer crushers are suitable for crushing medium hardness materials such as contruction waste, limestone, slag, coke coal, AAC blocks etc widely applied to cement, chemical, power, metallurgy ,construdction etc  industries .

Working Principle:

A pin shaft runs through the pin hole on its circumference, and the hammer is hinged between each row . The distance from the center of the pin hole to the axis of rotation is different, which is used to adjust the gap between the hammer and the grate. In order to prevent the sliding off from the hanging hammer body and the platinum direction of the hammer, the two ends of the hanging hammer body are fixed with clamping hammer discs and locking nuts. Supported on rolling bearings at both ends, the bearings are fixed to the casing with bolts. The spindle and motor are directly connected using an elastic coupling. In order to ensure smooth operation of the rotor, one end of the main shaft is equipped with a flywheel.

Conclustion:

Our this small hammer crusher is an idea helper for a crushiong process. It is very easy to operate with only one motor and widely used for all kins middle hard materials. We can also adjust the screen below to control the final particles size.
